Dieses Stück entstand in Rotterdam. Ich wohnte zum zweiten Mal in einem fremden Land. Ich machte mir Gedanken über die Heimat und was es bedarf sich zu hause zu fühlen. Der Hafen von Rotterdam als Symbol für Geborgenheit spielte eine wichtige Rolle. Der Rhein verbindet meine alte Heimat mit der neuen. Das Meer verbindet alle Kontinente.
At the time I was living in Rotterdam. After having moved countries the second time I wonder how we find our home land. What does it take to feel at home? The harbour of Rotterdam playd an important role as symbol of safety. The Rhein connects my old and my new home land. The sea connects the continents.
